It takes the same amount of time as ordering a pizza- so skip that call and make this instead.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Two Chickens cut into 8 pieces each (breasts cut in half)<\/p>\n<p>2 lbs new potatoes<\/p>\n<p>1 bunch scallions<\/p>\n<p>1 container cherry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 jar drained capers<\/p>\n<p>2 sprigs rosemary<\/p>\n<p>2 sprigs thyme<\/p>\n<p>kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>olive oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat oven to 450. On a large sheet pan or baking pan add chicken drizzle evenly with Olive Oil \u00a0 and sprinkle liberally with salt and black pepper on both sides.
