Toss carrots with enough oil to coat, season with salt & pepper. Roast for about 30 mins or until fork tender. \u00a0Let the carrots cool\u2014at this point you can let them sit until you are ready to make the dish. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, honey & cumin\u2014toss carrots in dressing. Heat medium saut\u00e9 \u00a0pan on medium heat, add oil to pan, add asparagus, morels , garlic\u2014give a good toss and season with salt & pepper. Place a cover on pan and in about a minute check if the asparagus are just fork tender.
