Fall is go time for me. I’m coming off a long summer of late nights, fun with friends and lots out of outdoor time. In the summer I focus almost all of my energy outside on my garden and the inside tends become rather neglected. This is when I tear into my various design projects. By the end of the week my fridge is a hodge podge of the weeks various meals. I love this breakfast in that it uses up all of those odds and ends in the best way. There are no wrong answers here.
